Kara’s journey into functional wellness was driven by her desire to discover why she spent most of adult life feeling depleted and why this affected so many other people. She wanted to look beyond symptoms and understand what may be preventing someone from living life to its fullest. Kara is passionate about helping clients uncover opportunities to improve their health through personalized wellness strategies, advanced technology, and compassionate guidance that supports both physical and mental well-being.
She believes that when people begin to feel better, everything changes. Dr. Mackenzie Turner is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor with a primary focus on women’s hormonal and metabolic health, including body composition and weight management. Her practice supports both women and men, with a particular emphasis on female health across all stages of life. She works with patients navigating hormonal changes, weight concerns, mental health challenges, digestive issues, sleep disruption, stress, and burnout, as well as those seeking performance-oriented, longevity-focused care to optimize energy, mood, metabolism, and long-term wellbeing. Dr. Turner offers comprehensive bloodwork ordering and analysis, along with injection/ IV therapy allowing for a precise and individualized approach to care.
